AGM - Sunday 18th May 2008

The Annual General Meeting of VCSL for 2008 will be held on Sunday 18 May at The Archbishop Lanfranc School, Croydon. All our paid members will be sent the official Notice of the Meeting with the Agenda. However, all Vanzas will be welcomed to join the meeting.

During the meeting, we shall be honouring those for whom we have received the reports of their academic achievements during the last two years. The reports of the Secretary, Treasurer and Trustees will be read together with the Chairman’s comments. The annual Accounts will be discussed and then proposed to be adopted.

More interestingly, an election for new trustees and office bearers will be held on the day followed by light refreshments. So, please come one, come all.
